Once the appointment has been made

  • Check the LIVE LOAD of your consignment
  • DO NOT CHANGE YOUR ORDER once you have made an appointment
  • RESPECT YOUR TIME SLOT and go to the dispatch officein the priority lane
  • Your loading documents will be issued and a
    PRIORITY NUMBER ISSUED TO YOU

FILLING IN YOUR ORDERS

  • Fill in your collection ticket number along with the associate customer code.
    • You can provide several collection ticket numbers.
    • It is essential to provide the departure address before confirming.
  • Click on Check
  • Then confirm

CHANGING PARAMETERS

In order to book your time slot considering our preparation time, diplay the earliest pickup date by clicking on the button below and ticking earliest pickup date and latest pickup date..

EDILIANS advises you to select the following columns:



DELIVERIES LISTING

Your deliveries (Collection ticket numbers) listing is diplayed thus :

SELECTING DELIVERIES

  • Select the deliveries (Collection ticket numbers) desired and add them to your basket by clicking on the icon Move Selected
  • The deliveries (Collection ticket numbers) are then integrated into the selection of «Slot Booking Management»
  • Click on Next

FILLING IN EMAIL ADDRESS

  • Fill in your email address in order to receive confirmation of your appointment.
    • The reservation number will be sent to you by email. You will need it if you have to change/cancel your appointment.
    • It is possible to provide up to two email addresses.

CHOOSING A SLOT

  • Choose a convenient time slotwhich is available on the website.
    • Departure date displayed will be the date of loading at the latest.
    • For all prepared orders, the appointment arranged takes into account our preparation time.

CONFIRMING APPOINTMENT

  • The following information is optional.
  • Finall, confirm your appointment clicking on "Submit".

Confirming reservation for loading

  • CONFIRMING RESERVATION FOR LOADING
  • Your reservation is then confirmed on reception of an appointment number.
  • This appointment number is required in order to change/cancel a reservation.

CONNECTION TO TRANSWIDE

  • Click on the button "Update/Cancel booking"

UPDATING / CANCELLING APPOINTMENT

  • Fill in your reservation number along with the departure point
  • Click on "Update" or "Cancel" your appointment according to what you want to do.

DATAS TO MODIFY / CANCEL

  • Check that it is the appointment that you wish to change/cancel.
  • Click on Confirm

CHANGING SLOT

  • Click on "Move slot to"

  • Choose the new slot which is convenient.

CONFIRMING NEW SLOT

  • The following information is optional.
  • Finally confirm your appointment, click on "Submit"

CONFIRMING RESERVATION FOR LOADING

  • You have now changed or cancelled your departure time.
