-          Quote requests for roofing work. Data processing is necessary in order to make pre-contractual estimates (quotes) at your request. Our legitimate interest in responding to your quote request necessitates data processing.

Personal data are stored for a period of three years from your last moment of contact or account activity. 

 

b)      Contacting you

We process your personal data when you fill out a contact form or request any information in order to be able to contact you with a response.

Our legitimate interest in responding to your request necessitates data processing.

Your personal data will be stored for the period of time necessary for us to complete your request, plus an extra six (6) months to enable us to follow up if necessary.

 

c)      Recruitment

We process your personal data collected during the analysis of any application that you may send us.

This data processing is necessary for the execution of pre-contractual measures (with a view to the possible signing of an employment contract or internship) done at your request. Our legitimate interest in responding to your applcation necessitates data processing.

Your personal data is stored for the duration necessary for the recruitment process.

If you are unsuccessful, we may suggest that we keep your profile, with your consent, so that we are able to contact you at a later stage if a position corresponding to your profile were to open.

Our legitimate interest in building a database of profiles likely to meet our subsequent recruitment needs necessitates data processing.

Your personal data are stored for a period of two (2) years from the last time we contacted you.
